I had an exceptional stay at Michlifen Resort and Golf. The amenities are fantastic, including beautiful pools and a petting zoo! The decor is rustic and charming, but my experience was slightly marred by a service issue regarding room upgrades. Overall, I loved the luxurious feel and would still recommend it for families and couples.
Our family stay at the hotel was overwhelmingly positive, characterized by luxurious surroundings and attentive service. The pool and spa areas were stunning, yet, despite the luxurious feel, we were disappointed with some of the dining experiences which felt overpriced for the offerings. Overall, it was a beautiful, memorable stay with a desire to return for longer.
This hotel has a stunning design reminiscent of luxury resorts in Switzerland or France, complemented by great service and delicious food in the Cedar Restaurant. However, smoking is permitted throughout the premises, including the fine dining area, which detracted from the atmosphere. While the rooms are cozy, they are on the small side, and my breakfast experience left something to be desired. The spa service was disappointing due to language barriers, which impacted our enjoyment.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the unique style and attentive service made it feel luxurious. On the other hand, there were significant issues that overshadowed my experience, particularly regarding the treatment we received as newlyweds. The rooms were decent but not what we hoped for on our special night. I left feeling disappointed.
I had an incredible stay at the resort, which boasts stunning grounds and a plethora of amenities that cater especially well to families. The children's zone made my daughter's birthday unforgettable. Although the air conditioning in our room was less than optimal, the overall ambiance and experience made up for it. Dining options were impressive, but the dinner at the international restaurant could use enhancement. Overall, it was a memorable experience with outstanding service.
